One of my favorite things to do is go on night dives. I think it's one of the best times to observe the reef. When everything is dark and quiet above, the ocean continues to be active and alive. In this video, I put together some of my favorite ocean encounters while night diving in the Philippines. I am unable to identify all the creatures featured in this video. Many I've only encountered for the first time and still don't know the names. But, here are some that I've identified and can be seen in this montage. Basket Star, Decorator Crabs, Flatworm, Crinoids, Sexy Shrimp, Orange Cup Cora (Tubastrea sp), large sea slug (Tonna perdix), White Banded Shrimp, Thorny Seahorse, Starry Night Octopus, Black and White stripped catfish, Hairy Frogfish, Squid, Bobtail Octopus, Cassiopea upside-down jellyfish, Anemone, ---------- Locations : Caluya Island in Antique, Dauin in Negros, Moalboal in Cebu, Alona in Bohol, Puerto Galera ---------- Track: The Day I Met You — Arvnd [Audio Library Release] Music provided by Audio Library Plus Watch: youtu.be/0tq32HUIOu4 Free Download / Stream: alplus.io/day-i-met-you
