Since our designs are printed on-demand, we only produce items when an order is placed. We don’t hold inventory or print in excess so there is less waste produced. Compared to traditional retail stores that may print hundreds and thousands of designs to lower costs and maximize their profits, your order will only be printed as needed.
We also try to offer eco-friendly product options when available. And while it is priced a bit higher, it is still the better choice for our planet.
The printing company we partner with also believes in sustainable eco-friendly practices. Here are some efforts they’ve been doing to help the environment:
> Use high-quality printing tech that creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers
> Have strategically located fulfillment centers so around 78% of orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled, thus, reducing shipping costs as well as CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders
> While they haven’t gone completely plastic-free, they’ve significantly reduced their plastic waste in packaging materials and when possible use cartons instead.
Yes, this is possible! You can send us details of your custom order and we will let you know if it is possible and how much it will cost to create a completely new design. While we do not create designs from scratch, we only use licensed stock images and fonts to create the designs.
While we respect your ideas and want to empower you to express your voice, we ask that you respect the work and creative rights of others. Content must comply with right of publicity, trademark, and copyright laws. If you want us to print a logo or an image that you grabbed from the internet, we will not be able to print this for you unless you can provide us a license or proof that indicates you have permission to use the said image.
We also don’t tolerate content or design concepts that express hatred towards or attacks on any person, group and/or their protected characteristics (such as but not limited to age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability).
If you ask us to design something for you, we may offer these designs in our store. Our designs will not be exclusively for you. However, if you provide some design elements which we do not have the right to use, we would of course not offer these for reselling.
We only start designing after the payment has been made. Designing something takes time and resources so we do not do this for free.
Once we receive the full payment for your order, we will work on the design based on your initial instructions. You may have 2 revisions if you are not happy with our initial design. Revisions should still look similar or close to original order requests so please be clear and concise about your requests. Additional design fees may be charged to the client for additional revisions and requests.
Our White Glossy Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air-dry at room temperature.
Don’t clean your phone case with any alcohol-based products as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.
Don’t wear jewelry while showering, swimming, washing dishes, applying perfume or doing sports. When not wearing it, store it in the box you received it in.
After wearing the jewelry, we recommend wiping it with a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth to remove dirt and tarnish. But to fully remove tarnish and any stains on the jewelry, use silver or jewelry polish. Follow the instructions on the bottle carefully and use gloves when working with silver polish.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
You can tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Sublimation blankets, towels, and laptop sleeves
Sublimation socks, blankets, towels, and laptop sleeves can be machine-washed cold with like colors at no more than 86ºF (30ºC). Don’t use bleach and don’t dry-clean. It’s best to hang-dry, but tumble-drying can be used on a low cycle if necessary.
Production and Fulfillment
While the designs are made by Ara Juan (founder of DiverBliss.com), the printing of the designs is outsourced to a Print-On-Demand company that has several fulfillment centers around the world. We decided to outsource the printing to ensure that you receive the best quality products at the earliest time possible.
Depending on your location and the product you ordered, you might receive a product that was made from any of these locations: USA, Canada, Latvia, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Australia, Japan. Not only does this allows for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, but It also helps reduce CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
Each item’s production time varies. Please check the individual listing for production time details.

These are only estimates and may vary depending on the availability of raw materials needed to make the product.
If you want to see your layout before it is printed, you can expect your design layout via email within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment.
If you are not happy with the initial layout and want to modify it, kindly give us another 1-2 business days to email you back with your revision. Naturally, the longer it takes to approve the design, the longer it will take for us to send it to production.
Please note that we are based in the Philippines so there might be some time delay in our responses. Once the layout is approved, your item will be sent to production and that is when we start counting the production time.

The printing company we work with currently does not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
As of March 10, the following countries and territories are also excluded from shipping locations:
Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
Depending on your location and what product you order, you might have to pay handling and/or customs fees upon delivery. We will not be able to let you know beforehand how much the custom fees are as this depends on the order value, country limits, etc.
While our printers have different facilities around the world and they try to fulfill the order closest to you, there might be some cases where this is not possible. To be on the safe side, if you are outside the USA, always assume that you might have to pay for custom fees.
Here are the different packaging materials used when items are shipped:
Mugs: cardboard boxes, may contain bubble wrap for additional protection.
Apparel: recyclable, low-density polyethylene mailers bags
Hats: corrugated cardboard boxes.
Biodegradable iPhone covers: small cardboard boxes
Jewelry: black leatherette-covered box with a magnetic closure and cloth inlay, then shipped in an additional cardboard box
Your orders may be sent as multiple shipments for the following reasons:
Product packaging– Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability.
Production location– Some of the items in the shop are only available in a specific production center, if your order consists of products that have different fulfillment locations, they will be shipped separately.
The estimated delivery time (EDT) is the predicted time an order could be delivered to you. It takes into account the estimated production time and shipping time.
Production Time on average takes 3-8 business days. While estimated shipping time varies from 2-20 business days depending on where you are in the world.
These are just ESTIMATES and NOT GUARANTEED.
Delays may occur at anytime due to unforeseeable circumstances such as:
> Issues with the print file
> Products suddenly being out of stock
> Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
As our production and shipping are outsourced to other businesses, there may be instances where we encounter problems that we have no control over. We will do our best to assist you sort any issues.
If you are ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Then, get in touch with us at hello(at)diverbliss.com so we can help you with your concern.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender but most often it is due to:
> undeliverable address
> the package being unclaimed at customs
> refused/returned by the customer
We do not offer refunds for situations like this as most of the items in our shop are made to order just for you and cannot be resold to anyone else when returned.
If you want the package to be resent, new shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
If you do not want to reclaim your package after 4 weeks, it will be donated to charity.
For packages lost in transit, kindly get in touch with your local post first to try to locate the item. Oftentimes, the package is simply sitting at the post office and they failed to update the status online.
If your post office is unable to locate the item, kindly notify us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date so we can reprint and reship the order for you at no extra cost. However, if the shipping address you provided was incorrect in the first place which caused the package to go missing, then replacement and reshipping will be at your expense.
Returns and Replacements
If something arrives damaged or you have issues with the order, please send photos of the packaging and the product issue to hello(at)diverbliss.com.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received.
If there was an error on our part, then we will most definitely replace the item in question. Unfortunately, we do not issue replacements or refunds if you get “buyers remorse” and suddenly change your mind about your purchase.

There will always be a color discrepancy between your (computer or mobile) screen to the actual print. All monitors are calibrated differently and the settings might not be the same across different devices. At the same time, the amount of light and the kind of light you are using when viewing the product may also affect the way you see colors.
Rest assured that we have made the necessary steps and modifications to get the colors as accurate as possible to produce the best result for you.
Refunds and replacements are issued on a case-to-case basis. We replace items when the error was made on our part.
We do not refund orders for cases where the buyer made a mistake on their order. This could be indicating the wrong size, wrong text/ name, etc.
Please note that that there will always be discrepancies in the product’s color print when you compare photos you view on your monitor to the physical product. This should not be a basis for rejects and replacements.
All the products in our shop are made to order which means they were specifically printed just for you. We are unable to resell these items if you suddenly changed your mind about your purchase. For custom orders, we recommend you choose to have your layout approved first before printing to minimize errors on your orders.
