Scuba Diving Apo Island in Negros Oriental, Philippines | Best Diving in Dumaguete
Apo Island is a 12-hectare volcanic island off the coast of Negros Oriental. The island and its people are considered to be part of the municipality of Dauin. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions of the province due to its close proximity to Dumaguete, the province's city capital. It is a marine protected area where you can find colorful soft and hard corals, huge gorgonians and barrel sponges. Reef fishes like anthias and damsels play and live in branching Acropora. The protected sites also attract jacks, groupers, fusiliers, and even on occasion, pelagic creatures like sharks. And of course, how can we forget the many turtles that live here! 📌 Scuba Diving Apo Island Dive and Travel Guide 👉 https://bit.ly/37m6Oia This was part of my 1-week travel adventure in Dumaguete and Siquijor: Part 1: Muck Diving in Dauin (https://youtu.be/r4Nt8gGpIgM) Part 2: Apo Island in Negros Oriental (https://youtu.be/2udm4FSwDWk) Part 3: Scuba Diving in Siquijor (https://youtu.be/raKZqqBdhP8) 🗂Travel Itinerary Here: https://bit.ly/33uM1JT ------------------------------------------------------------ 🛳Want to dive Apo Island on a liveaboard?
